Our team is friendly and prompt. We schedule appointments on the hour and to the minute. If one of our teammates is running more than 3 minutes behind schedule we will then call you and tell exactly how long it will be till we are there. We call that our "three minute guarantee," meaning that if we are late and do not call you to let you know, we will credit $25 to your account. No more waiting around like you do for the other guy wondering if and when he will show up.
