History Of Bell Pest Control
On July 3rd 1978 Dale and Laurie Bell started Bell Pest Control in Elk Grove, CA. The goal was to build a company that both Dale and Laurie could be proud of. Dale taught the service technicians that taking care of clients is the first and foremost rule of business. The belief in “old school business beliefs” has always been a hallmark of the company. You will be happy to know your service technician is taught these beliefs and are required to do their work according to the “old school business beliefs”.
Dales teachings were:
- Deliver what you promise
- Take care of people and serve clients
- Do the type of work that people are willing to refer to and leave testimonials
- Tacos should be their own food group
Bell Pest Control currently services homes from the South in Stockton, to the West in Vacaville to the East in El Dorado Hills and North to Lincoln.
Dale passed away on May 12th 2018. His beliefs were passed on to his employees through his teachings. Laurie Bell Took over the day to day operations after Dales passing.
